У меня таже фигня с PF - kernel panic. Железо меняли уже несколько раз. Систему поставил с нуля 7.3 (была 7.2). В итоге написал PR - http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=146719
судя по дампу пролема именно в связке pf-ng (ng_tcpmss.ko)

перейди на ipfw_nat
работает шустро да и редирект нормально держит (тут правда прийдется по править перемную буфера там малькая 1024 символа всего - тоесть правила ридиректа могут иметь не более 1024 знака (но можно поправть )

Я не супер админ, но pf вроде как выкл.
Выкл его в
 /boot/loader.conf
 /etc/rc.conf

Так самое интересное, есть еще один сервак (по-слабее правда - Athlon2000+) на нем все также настроено за исключением что что онлайн там меньше раза в два (40-45 юзеров) и он работает без сбоев уже пару месяцев (тьфу, тьфу чтоб не сглазить)

Пару свежих кд после отказа от PF nat, вместо него встроенный в ppp (инет на этом серваке берется по pppoe) с ipfw_nat пока не разобрался.

Я думаю проблема тут не в ядре, а в драйвере вифи карты. Я правильно понял что у тебя вифи стоит какая то ? может имеет смысл попробовать ее вынести в микротик ?

Я думаю проблема тут не в ядре, а в драйвере вифи карты. Я правильно понял что у тебя вифи стоит какая то ? может имеет смысл попробовать ее вынести в микротик ?
Wi-Fi карт нет, только встроенная re0 и две Intel Pro/100 fxp0 и fxp1

попробуй откатиться на мпд4
Есть такая мысля, читал что мпд4 получше в плане стабильности и надежности, единственная проблема там нужно описывать каждый интерфейс

по пробуй пересобрать ядро - включи все опции нетграфа
или покрайней мере пересобрать сам нетграф
